My Services
I offer both online and face to face counselling options for individuals, couples and families. My standard fee for individual sessions is $170 for an 1 hour session. Couples and family sessions are 1.5 hours and the fee is $220. I allocate a number of appointments per week for reduced fee sessions, please email me to discuss your circumstances with me if you are committed to therapeutic work but cannot afford the full fee.

Booking your appointment
If this is the first time that you are making an appointment with me, please choose the "initial session" options as you will need to answer a few questions as a part of my intake form. This ensures that we can use our full hour together to explore what is important to you rather than filling in forms. If you are a returning client, chose the option that you would like and follow the prompts.

Please note that you will need a valid debit/credit card to reserve and appointment. You do not need to pay at the time of booking. Simply chose the option to reserve appointment without paying. I recommend that you register an account (only requires choosing a password) so that you do not need to enter your card details every time that you make a booking. You can also log in at any time to view past/future sessions and make changes.
The booking page will show my standard session fees. Clients that have negotiated a reduced fee can contact me to receive their unique code to enter upon booking or book without paying, in which case I will charge the correct amount when charging your card.

The system will allow you to book 90 days in advance, if you would like recurring sessions, please book in advance to ensure that you get your preferred time slot. You may reschedule or cancel at any time as long as it is 24 hours in advance.
Payment options
You can pay for your session via STRIPE which is a secure online payment portal. At the end of our session, I will process the payment. You will always receive a tax invoice/receipt for your transaction.

In person clients may choose to pay in cash if preferred. You will still receive a tax invoice to your reference.

NDIS clients or clients whose sessions are paid through insurance or the justice system can arrange for their contact person to receive invoices on their behalf. If this is the case, please find the contact details of the relevant person and enquire the exact information that needs to be included on your invoice such as case file numbers etc.
Payment options
I cannot offer medicare rebates or bulk billing under the Mental Health Care Plan system. However, for clients who are covered under Medibank, Bupa, HIF or Police and Nurses private health care, you may be able to claim your sessions depending on your plan. Please consult with your provider to find out if this applies to you.
